Making Poster for Voting Support Demonstration. Our September open meeting will be having fun making posters that give & celebrate voting & voting logistical information in a non-partisan style. We will meet at the Rourk Library, 5068 Main St., Shallotte. Bring a poster board or two and your favorite art supplies.
Distributing Non-Partisan Voting Flyers
Distributing Non-Partisan Vote Flyers: Members can use this week to distribute any amount of flyers that celebrate voting or have voter logistical information to their favorite businesses. We will be spreading the word that Americans can confidently and happily vote with our “fear or favor”.

Celebrating Voting Demonstration. On the corners of Smith and Main Streets in Shallotte lets stand in solidarity and celebration of everyone’s right to vote! Bring your recently made posters.
Early Voting Appreciation
Showing Appreciation to Voters. Gather at voting sights, in legally designated areas, to cheer and support voters. Pick any early voting day(s) from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, which does not include any Sundays and only one Saturday (10/31/26, 8 AM to 3PM), to show up, stand up and appreciate our Brunswick County voters.
2nd Postcard Party
Postcards and Pizza!
Postcards’ Focus: Voter Logistics and Where to Find Voter information. Bring a small (10 to 12”) pizza, snack or dessert to share. Come to Rourke Woods Club house at 4700 Sugarberry Dr, Shallotte, NC, Two start times 3 PM and 6 PM. However, feel free to work us into your scheduling needs. Event closes at 9 PM.
We are asking for a donation of stamps.
